What is this problem?

It's a simple concern of compatibility of your map, more precisely, a concern of duplication/confusion. It's actually 2 files called "occlusion" files which have the same name on several maps on your server (for example we have a file called "map_occlusion" in our map, and let's assume that you have a hospital which also has the "map_occlusion" file. We have posted a resolution to a similar issue here. You can follow the same instructions to resolve occlusion problems, but be sure to check that the file has the term "occl" in the name, and that it is indeed a YMAP file.
