1️⃣ Before contacting support

Before reaching out to our support, we kindly ask you to adhere to certain guidelines and prepare specific documents that will assist us in addressing your issue effectively.

Did you consult our documentation to resolve the issue? If yes, please specify which sections you referred to. This information will help us provide a solution more efficiently.

We kindly ask our clients if they have read our documentation to pinpoint their issue accurately. Our team may recreate a potential solution from the documentation to ensure that the procedure has been followed correctly.

Our team will request proof of payment for your license. You can provide us with your transaction number (ID) beginning with 'tbx-' or show us the purchase confirmation email you received from Tebex (please check your spam folder if you haven't received the email).

We will also need your username 'KeyMaster' on the platform. This will be useful if we need to assign you a new license due to an issue with your problem.

  1. Sign into your account and complete the double authentication (if enabled).

  2. Look at the largest headline on the home page including your name.
