🎨 Language change

You have just purchased one of our maps available in several texture versions and you want to change the default version to another that we have made? You are in the right place !

Don't panic, the manipulation is very simple and quick, you will not need any third-party application for your server file editor (FileZilla/WinSCP...).

Step 1 - Folder location

First, you must open the .zip that you received on your KeyMaster space. Then, you will notice that several folders are available to you, themselves containing several files (generally ytd/ydr files).

You just have to select the version you want, its files being named by [VERSION - French] (For example). If in this example, we decide to put the French version of the map, you must delete all of the other files contained in the .zip that you previously extracted.

Reminder: A file ending in .ytd corresponds to an openable and editable texture file in this tutorial, a file ending in .ydr is a non-openable file containing a 3D element.

Step 2 - Replacement with the new file

You should now only be left with a folder containing the version you want, as well as the original map. This step will consist of setting up the files of the version you wish to put. You must therefore specifically look at the format of the replacement files, in the case of a file ending in .ytd, you only need to go to the original map, then select the "stream" folder, then the "YTD" folder, and drag the new file into it (it is therefore a replacement for the old one). You can do the same for a .ydr file, only this time inside the "YDR" folder select the "[MAP - Props]" folder.

All you have to do is follow the rest of the map installation tutorial!
